SURFCAM Milling
SURFCAM provides functionality to generate efficient toolpaths from wireframe and solid geometry on a variety of machine tool configurations, ranging from 2.5 axis to complex 3 to 5 axis milling machines.

SURFCAM Turning
SURFCAM Turning provides functionality for a wide range of machine tools, including 2-axis lathes, multi-turret configurations, subspindle turning centers and mill/turn machines. SURFCAM produces advanced rough (Waveform) and finish turning cycles, together with support for facing, boring and drilling.

SURFCAM Mill/Turn

Waveform roughing strategy is a high speed machining technique that maintains a constant tool cutting load by ensuring the tool engagement into the material is consistent. The tool path moves in a smooth path to avoid sharp changes in direction which maintains the machine tool’s velocity.
